The item quality seemed good. The customer service was good. The product was not the colour I expected so I had to return it. But, while it came from Turkey, I had to return it to the US, which multiplied the cost, which the customer assumes. Nearly €50 on a €140 purchase. This would put me off buying from anywhere on Etsy that had similar arrangement. Which is a pity.

Beautiful short nap velvet pillow, because of the length of the thread it will not get "smashed" down like a velvet that has a longer length so it is perfect upholstery fabric. The color is gorgeous and makes me feel as if I am looking into a forest. I think it took a grand total of 2 days to deliver, I was thrilled! (I did not rate Customer Service because I did not interact with them).
